Edinboro native Blidi Wreh-Wilson and his Connecticut teammates will have to wait for their opening kickoff the football season.
The Huskies were scheduled to meet Fordham Thursday at Rentschler Field in Storrs, Conn., but the stadium is being used by the Connecticut National Guard as a distribution center in the wake of the damage Irene did to the state.
Connecticut is trying to get the game rescheduled for Saturday.
